  • Business content: products, FAQs, policies, pricing, shipping details, and other brand information you upload or connect (e.g., via Shopify) so the AI can generate relevant replies.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact customer support or book a demo.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Comment and message data: Instagram/Facebook comments, replies, and related metadata (commenter username, comment text, timestamps) processed to generate and manage responses.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, and general interaction data with the Service.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and access times.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate, secure, and improve the Service (see our Cookies Policy in Section 7).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Data received from Meta (Instagram/Facebook) platforms and Shopify through their APIs, subject to your authorization and their respective terms.
  • Payment and billing confirmation data from our payment processor (e.g., Stripe), which does not include full card numbers.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating AI-drafted replies to Instagram/Facebook comments.
  • Connect and synchronize data from Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook to build the knowledge base used for AI responses.

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support requests.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, security, and functionality of the Service.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' comment data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Meta Platform Data (Instagram & Facebook)

Because ReplyAuto AI integrates with Meta's Instagram and Facebook APIs:

  • We only request the permissions necessary to read comments, publish replies, and manage messaging on your connected professional (Business or Creator) account.
  • Data obtained through Meta's Platform APIs is used only to provide and improve the Service in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and is not used for unrelated purposes.
  • You may revoke ReplyAuto AI's access to your Instagram/Facebook account at any time via your Meta account settings or within the ReplyAuto AI dashboard. Revoking access will stop the associated data flows and functionality.
  • Upon disconnection or account deletion, we delete or anonymize Meta-derived data in accordance with Section 5, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information and comment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data for longer periods where required to:

  • Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations;
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
  • Maintain accurate business records.

Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is legally required.
